Good news!
We've finally gotten the questionnaire and focus group questions approved by TTU after a fair amount of editing and are in the process of getting approval from Yarmouk. Until recently we thought that we would only be collecting data from TTU because Amman and Yarmouk seemed to have fallen through, but now it looks like we'll definitely be able to collect from Yarmouk. This is wonderful news because it will greatly increase our sample size and from what we've heard and read the schools are very different so we'll have more diversity in our data. TTU is considered very conservative and is small (approx. 3,500 students) whereas Yarmouk is considered more liberal and is very large (approx. 30,000 students). I'll add more information to this as I learn more and of course when I visit.
